This journal does not charge fees, is a open journal. It allowed a full or partial copy of the articles published in the RGA, but the source must be quoted. The RGA own the copyright on articles published. The author(s) have entire responsabilitie of the paper. 

This journal have a biannual  issues, and the articles are reviewed by peers blind.
